Force-Placed Insurance Sales Representative
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Force-Placed Insurance Sales Representative to grow our client base of lenders, servicers, and financial institutions. In this role, you will promote and sell force-placed insurance programs that protect lenders’ collateral interests when borrower insurance lapses or is insufficient. You will be responsible for prospecting, educating, and onboarding clients while ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering tailored insurance solutions.

This is a remote position with preference for candidates located in the Southeastern US, or in one of these states geographically situated to be able to travel the region by car - Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Virginia or Kentucky.
Key Responsibilities
Insurance Sales
Develop and manage a pipeline of financial institutions, mortgage servicers, and auto lenders in need of force-placed insurance solutions.
Product & Service Education
Present and explain program options to decision-makers, highlighting risk mitigation, compliance, and operational benefits.
Subject Expertise
Serve as a consultative resource for clients, offering insights on best practices, state and federal compliance (e.g. CFPB, RESPA, OCC, etc.), and program customization.
Project Management
Coordinate implementation of insurance tracking systems and integration with clients' loan servicing platforms.
Training
Provide training to client staff on force placed workflows, borrower notifications, and claims handling.
Account Management
Maintain strong client relationships with regular check-ins, performance reviews, and service support.
Industry Events
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and generate leads.
Professional Development
Stay informed about competitor offerings, market trends, and regulatory updates affecting FPI.
Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience in insurance sales, preferably with force-placed, lender-placed, or creditor-placed products.

Background in working with financial institutions, auto lenders, and mortgage servicers.

Strong understanding of force-placed insurance compliance standards and tracking systems.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to present to executives and operations staff.

Strong organizational and time management abilities; able to work independently.

Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and virtual presentation tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

Insurance license (Property & Casualty or equivalent) or ability to obtain one quickly.
