Claim Procedures

1.  Complete a claim procedure form with the following information:

  Lender name, telephone number and fax number

  Lender contact filing the claim

  Borrower/Member name and account number

  Year, make, model and complete vehicle identification number (VIN)           on the damaged collateral

  Location of the damaged collateral, including the shop name, street           address, city, state, telephone number, contact name and/or           stock/inventory number

  Area of damage (if available)

  Identify whether a repossession claim or a borrower's option.

  Single interest policy number

2 After completing the claim procedure form you may fax or mail to      the claims department.

3.  Along with the completed claim procedure form we will need the      following documents:

REPOSSESSION                 

1. Note
2. Payment history
3. Title
4. Repossession affidavit or      
    demand letter

BORROWER'S OPTION

1. Note
2. Payment history
3. Title
4. Police report (see special note)

Special Note

      If the police were not called to the scene of the accident, we require a signed and notarized statement from the borrower/member, stating the date of loss and the complete details of the loss including information of all other involved parties.

      On total thefts, recovered thefts and vandalism claims we require a police report.

      Collateral will be inspected within forty eight (48) hours of our receipt of claim.  Average claim processing time is between 5 to 7 working days.
